What is up with our local radio station 94.9? It's like we have our own little soap opera right here in Hampton Roads. OK for those of you outside VA I'll explain. Ever since I got here in 2004 I have been listening to Chuck, Jenna (husband and wife) and WoWo in the morning. Last January (2008) I decided I wanted to listen to my new CD in the morning rather than the radio. I did this for about a month or so. When I turn back on the raido....everything changed.

Chuck was looking for an apartment and talking of meeting new girls and Jenna was now broadcasting in the afternoon. After some shock I got over it and continued to enjoy the show. About a month or so later they welcomed Heather to the morning show. It was like this until just recently. Without any notice Heather was gone...I still don't know where she went. So it was just Chuck and WoWo.

And now...Chuck and WoWo just announced that they were moving to the afternoon and some wierdo named Fox is in the morning. Oh....and Jenna is now on a completly different station.

I'm so upset about all the changes that I just started listening to another station. Sad because I like that station. But it's all just too wierd. In just a year there were that many changes. Oh and I listened to Fox in the morning and he was so CRAZY. He talked about stupid subjects and did not hold my interest. In fact I don't even think that Fox is located here in VA. He never talks of places that are here. So it's some wierd broadcast.

Is this because of the economy? Is this Fox guy cheaper than Chuck and WoWo? Do they have to pay them less now that they are in the afternoon? If this is the reason then that is just aweful..
