Good News

First week with Weight Watchers...minus 4.2 pounds!!!!! Now I know that everyone that starts a diet will always loose a lot in the first week. But seriously, this is a LOT, LOT more than I expected. For New Year's Eve I had just about every kind of sugary item available, and I had plenty of them. And I got about 1 hour of exercise total for the whole week. So I was not expecting to loose so much. Just think what I can do, when I'm REALLY trying.

I'm really liking Weight Watchers. It's a LOT of counting and measuring, which I'm not too thrilled about. It takes too much time. However, I'm trying to make the plan work for me so that I can successfully do this. There are a lot of options with weight watchers, so I'm going to stick with it. If I take a few minutes every day, then I can do it.

Brent and I are looking for an affordable eliptical machine....when we get one of those....there will be NO STOPPING ME!!!!!
